Manny Francia

Manny Francia possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Farmer Brothers since March 2009, having previously held roles such as Plant Manager, Maintenance and Engineering Manager, and Distribution Center Manager. Prior to Farmer Brothers, Manny Francia worked at Sara Lee from July 2004 to March 2009 in various roles, including Distribution Center Manager and Process Supervisor. Experience also includes a position as Operations Supervisor at Kraft Foods Group and Manufacturing Engineer at W.L. Gore & Associates. Early career experience involved working as Loading Rack Supervisor at ExxonMobil. Manny Francia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware and an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Delaware Tech and Community College.
