Marcia Torres

Marcia Torres has a diverse background in talent acquisition, DEI, and learning & development. Marcia served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Farmer Brothers. Previously, they worked at Imagen Consulting Services as a Consultant, providing services focused on talent acquisition, recruitment, HR process optimization, and training development. During their time at Indigo Slate, Marcia was the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, where they focused on building sourcing strategies and a full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
