Jenny Toth has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jenny began their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative for Diversified Financial Concepts. In 2005, they moved to AXA Advisors as an Office Administrator. In 2008, they joined Rockingham Memorial Hospital as a Human Resource Generalist. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at James Madison University, including Title IX Officer for Staff, HR Consultant, and Athletics HR Coordinator. In 2019, they took on two roles: Human Resources Business Partner at Dynamic Aviation and Employee Relations Investigator at Alorica. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Corporate HR Manager for Farmer Focus - Shenandoah Valley Organic, where they serve as the primary HR point of contact for corporate employees, manages employee communications, addresses concerns, provides support to managers and leaders, and develops and promotes a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.

Jenny Toth has a diverse educational background. Jenny obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Lord Fairfax Community College between 1996 and 1998. Jenny then earned a BBA in Management and Human Resources from James Madison University between 1998 and 2000. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from James Madison University between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in December 2015, a Conflict Resolution: Mediation and Coaching certificate from FairField Center in January 2015, and a Civil Rights Investigator Level One certificate from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) in July 2015.
