Alex Alfaro is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Farmers Restaurant Group since October 2020, Alex previously held positions as Executive NRO Chef and Executive Chef at matchbox from August 2017 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes assistant manager at The Zone from January 2015 to November 2016 and multiple roles at matchbox food group, including Sous Chef and Supervisor, from January 2015 to August 2016. Alex began the culinary journey as a Line Cook at FAMILY MEAL in early 2015. Alex's educational background includes studies at Northern Virginia Community College.
