Anselmo Gonzalez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Anselmo began their career in 2004 as a Pastry Sous Chef at ESCA Restaurant and held this position until 2016. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Pastry Cook at Grill & Bar BLT. Anselmo then transitioned to Coqueta Spain Restaurant in 2016, where they served as an Assistant Pastry Chef until 2018. In 2018, they joined Boulevard Restaurant as an Assistant Pastry Chef and worked there until 2020. Anselmo's most recent position is as a Kitchen Manager at Farming Hope, where they started in June 2020.
