Thomas Baxa

Thomas Baxa started their work experience in 2004 as a Vice President at Citizens Bank of Kansas, where they were responsible for new and existing commercial credits. Thomas then moved to The Cooperative Finance Association in 2008 as a Senior Credit Analyst and Senior Production Ag Credit Officer. From 2015 to 2017, Baxa worked as a Vice President and Senior Lender at Peoples Exchange Bank. Thomas then joined CHS Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Credit Analyst and Special Assets Officer. In 2020, Baxa became a Senior Vice President at KANSASLAND BANCSHARES, INC. and later transitioned to their current role as a Principal Credit Officer - Risk at FarmOp Capital in 2022.

Thomas Baxa attended Kansas State University from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Agriculture/Animal Science.
