Keith Laabs

Keith Laabs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kind Behavioral Health since 2018, Keith also holds the roles of Chairman at Faro Energy and Modern Energy, and Board Member at both the Rare Cancer Research Foundation and the National Autism Law Center. Previously, Keith has held significant roles such as Managing Partner at Tobacco Road Partners, Chief of Staff and VP Strategy at Rubicon Global, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Keith's earlier career includes consulting positions at Bain & Company and an internship at Stanford University’s Department of Athletics. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
