Tiana Martin

Tiana Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tiana currently holds the position of Principal Global HR Partner at FARO Technologies, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Global HR Business Partner & Strategic Program Manager at FARO Technologies from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining FARO Technologies, Tiana worked as an HR Business Partner at ASG Technologies from May 2019 to October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Fluke Corporation from April 2017 to May 2019.

Tiana's career began at Cargill in 2001, where they held various positions, including Senior HR Business Partner from June 2012 to March 2017. Tiana also served as an HR Consultant from March 2011 to June 2012 and held the role of Cargill Women's Network President from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they held the roles of Financial Analysis & Projects Manager from May 2007 to March 2011, Senior Business Analyst from October 2004 to May 2007, and Accountant/Senior Accountant from June 2001 to October 2004.

Tiana Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they obtained a BaC degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth. In addition to their academic achievements, Tiana has also obtained certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
