Phil Salvatore

Phil Salvatore is an experienced senior advisor with a robust background in client services, project management, and business analysis. Currently serving at FarWell since January 2021, Phil previously held key roles at Suttle-Straus, where significant ERP transitions were implemented, and TDS®, where Phil successfully managed the transition of print and mail operations protecting substantial annual revenue. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Wachovia Corp, where operational efficiencies were achieved in business analysis and lending processes, and First Union National Bank, where Phil enhanced retail credit fulfillment processes. Phil began a career in corporate audit at Citi, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial and regulatory compliance.
