Emily Sikowski

Emily Sikowski's work experience begins in 2019, when they worked as a Shift Lead at Five Daughters Bakery. In this role, they managed a small team and was responsible for opening and closing the storefront, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service.

In 2020, Emily joined Xtend Healthcare, LLC, starting as a Contact Tracer before becoming a Battle Buddy. As a Battle Buddy, they assisted new hires with their transition to taking calls and provided support to agents through group chats and individual outreach. Emily then took on the role of Dialer Auditor, where they created real-time performance metric integration and led a team of 8. Later, as a Human Resources Supervisor, Emily developed Progressive Disciplinary Action policies and conducted termination meetings, considering the challenges of a remote working environment.
