Stephanie Chan

Stephanie Chan is currently the Senior Director of Research and Development at FastDetect Inc. Stephanie previously held positions at companies such as DxTerity, Beckman Coulter, and Keck Medicine of USC. Stephanie's background includes conducting experiments with infectious viruses and using cell culture systems for drug optimization. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. in Medical Biology with a focus on Virology from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, Stephanie completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry at UCLA. Stephanie also has experience in research assistant roles at the University of California, Los Angeles and the USDA, where Stephanie analyzed plant immunity gene methylation and supervised undergraduates for sequencing DNA data.
