Dustin Holland

Dustin Holland has a strong background in revenue management and route development. Dustin was the Head of Revenue Management & Route Development at fastjet from 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Safi Airways, where they developed operational, commercial, and financial reports and provided revenue management advice. Dustin also had a role as Acting Senior Manager for Revenue Management & Commercial Route Manager at Gulf Air, where they implemented a fare class re-alignment, developed a network pricing model, and switched to O&D revenue management control. Dustin was also the Business Planning & Research Manager at Arik Air Ltd, where they created network plans, forecasted network performance, and monitored revenue and profitability budgets. Additionally, they worked at Flybe as a Revenue Strategy Analyst and Revenue Trader, where they forecasted and analyzed revenue, collated data for budgeting, and managed inventory allocations. Dustin also gained experience as a Demand Analyst at Halifax International Airport and as a Commercial Division Analyst at Estonian Air.

Dustin Holland obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Logistics from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
