Anirvan Das

Anirvan Das has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on product management and leadership roles.

Starting in 1998, Anirvan worked as a Software Engineer at Nortel Networks and Wipro Technologies. Anirvan then joined Network Equipment Technologies in 2001, where they designed and developed High Availability and platform software for the SCREAM product line.

In 2005, Anirvan joined Cisco Systems, where they held multiple senior roles. As a Senior Software Engineer, they led the engineering teams for the Catalyst 6500 switching platform, overseeing the design and development of key software features. Anirvan later transitioned to Senior Product Manager roles, where they were responsible for the Linksys Developer Ecosystem and Partnerships, as well as the Service Provider TelePresence (SPT) Service.

In 2013, Anirvan joined Equinix as a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Data Center Services. Anirvan played a crucial role in the growth and success of Equinix Performance Hub, from zero to over $2 million in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within three quarters. Additionally, they led the product incubation of Equinix Fabric and was involved in the development of various software and infrastructure as-a-service products.

Most recently, Anirvan joined Fastly in 2022 as the Head of Product, Network Services.

Anirvan Das completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University from 1994 to 1998. Anirvan later pursued an MBA degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University - Leavey School of Business, from 2007 to 2011.
