Mark Baran

Mark Baran is the CTO at FastPay, overseeing technology, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives across payments, credit, sales, and operations. He also leads FastPay’s innovation and research initiatives, identifying new opportunities for automation, intelligence, and scale across all of FastPay’s product lines.

As one of the earliest employees at FastPay, Baran engineered the foundations of much of FastPay’s early technology and analytics infrastructure in his previous role with FastPay as VP of Data and Technology.

Mark Baran is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University.
