Elizabeth Faddis

Elizabeth Faddis has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Since 2020, they have been working as the Director of Talent at FastSpring, a global digital commerce platform. In this role, they are responsible for empowering sales growth for over 3,500 companies in over 200 countries.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, Faddis worked as a Managing Director at Waterstone LLC, a strategic advisor and executive search firm. Here, they were involved in retained searches and advisory services for clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations.

Faddis also has experience as the Director of Recruiting at Channel IQ (acquired by Market Track) from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they led recruitment initiatives for this fast-growing tech company in Chicago, hiring over 40 professionals in under a year.

Before that, Faddis held the position of Director of Recruiting at CVM Solutions, A Kroll Company, from 2009 to 2013. Elizabeth also worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Capital H Group from 2006 to 2009, and as a Staffing Specialist at NAVTEQ North America, LLC in 2006.

Faddis began their career as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Consultant at CNA Insurance in 2003 and worked as a Recruiter at Kelly Services from 2001 to 2003.

Elizabeth Faddis has a degree in HR with a focus on Business and Psychology from DePaul University. Elizabeth has also obtained various certifications related to performance management, recruiting, feedback, and diversity and inclusion from LinkedIn.
