Nicola Nicol

Nicola Nicol is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People at Fathom and Head of Partnerships at The Gateway Project, a charity focused on enhancing social mobility through employer-driven work experiences for disadvantaged students. With a robust consultancy background since 2009, Nicola has provided expertise in graduate recruitment, assessment, training, and coaching for various organizations, including LanciaConsult, BP, and the University of the West of England. Prior roles include Head of Talent at LanciaConsult, where responsibilities encompassed European recruitment and leading the Global People Agenda, as well as graduate recruitment management positions at Diageo, Citi, and Barclays.
