Francisco Diaz

Francisco Diaz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Northwest Arkansas market. As the Team Leader and founder of The Diaz Team, LLC, partnering with Fathom Realty since April 2019, Francisco specializes in providing quality services for home buying and selling, real estate contract negotiation, and market analysis across various property types. Previous experience includes roles as a REALTOR® at Fathom Realty and eXp Realty, as well as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, where Francisco honed skills in client relations and market assessment. Prior to entering real estate, Francisco gained valuable skills at Walmart in logistics and customer service, and contributed to the launch of the first Freddy's restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
