May Nyaga

May Nyaga, FIHRM, currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at Faulu Microfinance Bank since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading the HR strategy to attract and retain skilled personnel. Additionally, May holds the position of Chairperson at St. Ursula Girls Boarding Primary and Junior Secondary School and is a Board Member at St. Catherine Nthagaiya Girls Secondary School, both since May 2022. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Head of Human Resources at COPY CAT GROUP, HR Manager Kenya & Group Talent Manager at Letshego, and Senior Manager Talent & Organisation Development at Rafiki Microfinance Bank. May's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, multiple higher diplomas from the Institute of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Commerce from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and a diploma in Banking from the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
