Brittany Beck

Field Biologist at FaunaPhotonics

Brittany Beck is a field biologist who has dedicated their career to helping preserve and restore natural habitats. Brittany began their work in this area as a restoration intern with Jodi McGraw Consulting in 2016, where they assisted with various conservation efforts, including invasive species removal, trail restoration and seed collection. Brittany continued their work in this area as a greenhouse technician at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2014 to 2018, where they tended to the plants for the school based on the researcher's requirements and led student groups in volunteer activities. In their current role as a field biologist at FaunaPhotonics, Brittany is continuing their work to help preserve and restore natural habitats by conducting research and developing conservation plans.

Brittany Beck has a Bachelor of Applied Science from University of California, Santa Cruz in Plant Science. Brittany is currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in the field of Plant Science.
