Thomas Bowman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thomas has held various roles in corporate communications and marketing, starting in 2001 as a Congressional Liaison Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Thomas later worked as a Legislative Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget before joining The White House as an Assistant Staff Secretary. In 2008, they became an Associate Director at the Council on Foreign Relations, where they served until 2016. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Fay Servicing, LLC, before transitioning to Fay Financial as the Vice President of Corporate Communications. In 2022, they joined The Fay Group as the Vice President of Corporate Communications.

Thomas Bowman completed their higher education at Duke University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
