Matt Borgman

Matt Borgman, CFA has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt began their career as a Credit Analyst at ABN AMRO Chicago Corp. in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Following this, they joined Wave Securities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archipelago Holdings, LLC, as the Manager of the Trade Support Desk from 1999 to 2002.

In 2003, Borgman transitioned to Archipelago Holdings, Inc. / NYSE Group, Inc. as a Financial Analyst and played a crucial role in the company's initial public offering and subsequent transformation. Matt was responsible for various projects related to their SEC filing and played a key role in writing the Management, Discussion, and Analysis section of their financial results. Additionally, they continued to analyze results and prepare relevant data and writings of 10-Q's and 10-K's until 2006.

From 2007 to 2015, Borgman served as the Director of Trading Operations Support at NYSE Euronext, Inc. / Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. In this role, they supported all aspects of trading operations for equities, options, and bonds. Matt also worked on maintaining client relationships, growing trading volumes, and assisting with product development.

Most recently, Borgman has been working at Fay Servicing, LLC since 2015, where they hold the position of AVP Business Strategy.

Matt Borgman, CFA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General, which they obtained from the University of Iowa from 1988 to 1993. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul University between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, which they obtained from the CFA Institute.
