Nonny Sanchez

Nonny Sanchez's work experience includes a variety of roles in the financial and legal industries. Nonny started their career at Expert Realty in 2003 as the Team Leader for Closing Solutions Title Company. Nonny then worked at All Legal Title Company, Inc. as a Closing and Business Development Coordinator from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Law Offices of David J. Stern, P.A. as an REO Closing Processor for Federal Government Clients. In 2011, they joined Kahane and Associates as an REO Closing Processor for Federal Government Clients until 2012. Nonny then worked at Integrated Asset Services as an REO Closing and Title Manager for Fannie Mae from 2012 to 2013. At Altisource, they served as the Settlement Services Origination-Post Closing Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked at Marinosci Law Group as a Compliance AVP Quality Assurance. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC in the Default Servicing Compliance Program. In 2016, they joined BSI Financial Services as an AVP Regulatory Compliance for Servicing and Lending until 2017. Finally, they are currently working at Fay Servicing, LLC as the VP Regulatory Compliance and Issues Management since June 2018.

Nonny Sanchez's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Broward College. Nonny completed their studies there in 2011, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Law. Following their time at Broward College, Nonny went on to enroll in Florida International University in 2012. Nonny pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration and successfully completed their studies in 2020.
