Neal is a Human Resources and Operations specialist who helps firms build value by improving individual and organizational decision making. With a background in behavioral science, he supports FCM clients by facilitating data-driven best practices to optimize organizational culture and processes. He specializes in statistical analysis and storytelling, CRM implementation, process improvement, forecasting and pipeline management. Prior to joining FCM, Neal held multiple roles over 10 years at the University of Rochester. Most recently, he was a Program Director in the university’s business development office, where he worked with companies to enhance their recruiting and internship programs, growing placement rates by 145%. Earlier, he provided front-line fundraising and operational guidance in support of a $1.3B capital campaign and revamped donation processes to drive a 300% increase in funds raised.
