Brett Carlson

Brett Carlson is a legal professional with extensive experience in family law, currently serving as a Partner at FC&Z Family Lawyers since October 2017. Previously, Brett worked as an Associate Lawyer at Stringam LLP from June 2016 to September 2017 and held a legal internship at the National Legal Institute of Mongolia in July 2015. Early career roles included travel counselor positions at Travel Alberta and Banff Lake Louise Tourism, as well as leadership in university activities at the University of Lethbridge. Brett holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor's of Arts and Science from The University of Lethbridge. Currently, Brett is pursuing a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School from July 2024 to August 2026.
