Will Eeles

Will Eeles has been working in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Will started their career at Aon Risk Solutions in April 2012 as a Partner Manager for Aon Private Clients. In this role, they were responsible for new business development and growing revenue from a portfolio of client partnerships. Will also worked to establish new Private Clients partnerships for both the Aon Private Clients Team and our Affinity business.

In May 2014, Will left Aon to join FDM Group as their Chief of Staff. In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and works closely with the CEO to ensure that the company is running smoothly. Will also manages a team of employees and is responsible for their development and growth.

Will Eeles reports to Rod Flavell, Chief Executive Officer. Will Eeles works with Laura Finneran - SVP Training, North America, Sheila Flavell - Chief Operating Officer, and Andy Brown - Chief Commercial Officer.
