Charlotte Lamb

Charlotte Lamb has a diverse range of work experience in talent management and recruitment. Charlotte is currently the Head of Talent & People at Togather, where they help create unique events by booking suppliers such as chefs, caterers, and photographers. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Talent & Culture Partner at RevLifter, where they personalized deals for retailers using AI technology. Charlotte has also worked as a Talent Partner at Hidden, promoting diversity and inclusion in the creative industry. Additionally, they have held roles at Karmarama and MRM//McCann. Charlotte has experience in talent acquisition and employer branding as a Senior Talent & Culture Partner at Create + Adapt. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Advisor at Momentum Worldwide. Charlotte began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment and also worked as a Unit PA & Supporting BDM at Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd. Their early experience includes working as a Menswear Supervisor at Ted Baker.

Charlotte Lamb's education history begins with their enrollment at Lancaster University from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Theatre Studies with English Literature, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honors. In 2004, they attended The Chase, although the details of their degree and field of study are not provided. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, Charlotte attended Malvern College, completing their studies up to GCSE level.
