Amy Thomas

Amy Thomas has a diverse work experience in customer success management, talent and engagement consulting, and account management. At Feathr, they are currently a Customer Success Manager and Team Lead, responsible for serving as the main point of contact for over 100 accounts and exceeding expectations in account retention. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Florida as a Talent and Engagement Consultant, contributing to executive search and recruitment efforts. Amy also gained experience at Liquid Creative, where they served as an Account Manager, handling client relations and strategic marketing planning, and as a Project Manager, overseeing project details and team coordination.

Amy Thomas has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Santa Fe College from 2013 to 2015.
