Amy Thomas has a diverse work experience in customer success management, talent and engagement consulting, and account management. At Feathr, they are currently a Customer Success Manager and Team Lead, responsible for serving as the main point of contact for over 100 accounts and exceeding expectations in account retention. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Florida as a Talent and Engagement Consultant, contributing to executive search and recruitment efforts.
