Sarah Layne has over 30 years of work experience in various customer service and administrative roles. Sarah started their career in 1988 as a Distribution Services/Fulfillment Supervisor at Frequency Marketing, Inc, where they supervised a team and coached new employees. From 1995 to 1999, they served as a Marketing Coordinator at United Mercantile Corporation, providing support to over 500 franchisees.
Sarah then worked at Healthy Advice Networks from 1999 to 2012, where their roles included Field Service Specialist, Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist, and Receptionist. In these positions, they contacted doctors' offices to confirm service reps had updated materials, resolved issues, served as a logistics coordinator, and provided top-notch receptionist services.
Sarah also worked as a Fulfillment Coordinator at Garretson Resolution Group from 2012 to 2013, where they administered day-to-day operations of fulfillment and mailroom duties.
Most recently, Sarah has been working at Fechheimer Brothers since 2013 as a Customer Service/Returns Clerk.
Sarah Layne obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Everest University-Brandon from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Indian Hill High School, earning a General Diploma between 1976 and 1979.
