Raimo Chiacchiera is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Fede Group since June 2019, Raimo has previously held similar roles at Ham Holy Burger and diyarkom, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage management across multiple concepts and supervising over 250 employees. Prior to these positions, Raimo worked as the Corporate Executive Chef at Rossopomodoro, leading startup initiatives and quality control in various international markets such as the UK, Iceland, Denmark, Japan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Raimo holds a qualification in restaurant service, completed in 1997.
