Kevin P. Adler is an experienced attorney specializing in cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology law. Currently serving as an Attorney-Advisor at the Federal Aviation Administration, Kevin has previously held significant roles, including Senior Cybersecurity & Privacy Advisor and General Counsel at BizCom Global, where a process-oriented approach to compliance was emphasized. Kevin's legal expertise has been shaped by positions at Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black as a Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Associate and several fellowships with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and NASA, among others.
