Trung Pham is currently serving as the Chief Scientist at the Federal Aviation Administration since June 2022. Prior to this role, Trung Pham was a Professor at the United States Air Force Academy from 2020 to June 2022, and held the position of Visiting Professor at Universidad de Talca from 2008 to 2020. Trung Pham holds a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University, attained an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and possesses both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering, with degrees from Rice University obtained between 1979 and 1990.
