Cathy L. Milhoan

Cathy Milhoan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Office of Public Affairs at the Federal Bureau of Investigation since August 2021, Cathy previously held key roles including Director of Communications at the U.S. Secret Service and Public Affairs Officer in the US Air Force Reserve. Notable achievements include directing the Defense Media Activity's highest profile program and managing operations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of Public Affairs. Early career experience includes serving as a national spokesperson for the FBI and as an editor/reporter for the Delaware State News. Cathy Milhoan holds a master's degree in Administration of Justice with a focus on Leadership and Management from Wilmington University.
