Grant DiCianni has extensive experience in emergency management and disaster response, currently serving as the Planning Section Chief at FEMA since September 2020. In addition, Grant has been a Team Lead and Lead Emergency Manager at Rescue and Relief International since January 2010, focusing on international disaster response and domestic emergency management training. At BCFS Health & Human Services, Grant works as a Reservist for the nation's largest non-profit Incident Management Team, deploying to leadership roles for Sheltering Operations and COVID operations. Previously, Grant held the position of Team Commander for the Idaho Incident Management and Support Team from June 2018 to September 2020 and served as Emergency Management Director for Nez Perce County from January 2018 to April 2020. Grant also has a background in leadership and creative communications, having founded ChristChurch-Temecula and served as President of Tapestry Productions. Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from DePaul University between 1999 and 2001.
