Kristin Duquette is a seasoned policy professional currently serving as a Policy Portfolio Manager at FEMA, where responsibilities include orchestrating policy development and management, and advocating agency priorities to key stakeholders such as the White House and the Department of Defense. With prior experience as a Preparedness Officer focusing on transit security policies, and volunteer roles including Director of Diversity and Inclusion for FEMA's Women's Leadership Forum, Kristin demonstrates a commitment to inclusion and effective policy-making. Kristin's public speaking roles extend internationally, reflecting expertise in national security and advocacy for the disabled community.
