Samuel Frumkin

Executive Secretary at Federal Housing Finance Agency

Samuel Frumkin is currently the Executive Secretary at the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Samuel has worked in various positions in finance and policy for over 25 years.

Samuel started their career as an economist with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in 1995. Samuel then became a Community Development Expert with the same organization in 1999. In 2007, they transitioned to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Senior Policy Analyst (Compliance). Four years later, they joined the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a Senior Policy Analyst.

In September 2014, Frumkin began working for the Federal Housing Finance Agency as a Senior Financial Writer. Samuel was promoted to Executive Secretary in August 2020.

Samuel Frumkin has a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
