Cameron Boli

Cameron Boli has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Cameron started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they worked in roles such as Chassis Wheels and Ornaments Intern, Vehicle Programs Purchasing, and Indirect Purchasing IT Buyer. Cameron was responsible for negotiating agreements with suppliers, managing supplier diversity, and developing sourcing strategies. Cameron then worked at AARP as a Supplier Diversity specialist, advocating for small and diverse suppliers and collecting and reporting diverse spend data. Currently, they are the Supplier Diversity Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where they lead the execution and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives and provides leadership on workforce diversity practices. Overall, Cameron has a strong background in supplier diversity, procurement, and diversity and inclusion.

Cameron Boli completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Leadership from The University of Toledo from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the same institution.
