Joe Reichmuth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery Partners at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Prior to this, they founded Turning Point Consulting LLC, where they worked as a Principal Consultant, focusing on achieving strategic and operational goals for clients through the application of Operational Excellence principles. Joe has also held leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, including Department Vice President of Operations and Portfolio Management, and Director of Business Process Design. Before that, they were the Managing Director of Client Services at AdamsGabbert, a management consulting firm. Joe began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Black & Veatch. Additionally, Joe has managerial experience from their roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young.

Joe Reichmuth holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Joe also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Kansas. In addition to their degrees, Joe has obtained certifications such as Business Relationship Management Professional from the Business Relationship Management Institute and Certified SAFe Agilist (2021) from Scaled Agile, Inc. Joe is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kansas.
