Kathryn Beabout

Kathryn Beabout is an experienced professional in people analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the People Analytics Lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since October 2021. In this role, Kathryn collaborates with various teams, including Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, to leverage data for strategic objectives. Prior to this, Kathryn was the Research Director for HR & Compensation Consulting at Gallagher from May 2015 to October 2021, focusing on integrating analytics into HR decision-making. Additionally, Kathryn served as a Senior Survey Analyst at Integrated Healthcare Strategies from July 2005 to May 2015, analyzing data for over 350 organizations, and held the position of Research Manager for Hospital Patient Experience at SullivanLuallin Inc. between 2012 and 2014. Educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Rockhurst University and an MS in Organizational Development from Avila University.
