Illenin Kondo

Illenin Kondo is a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Illenin served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame from August 2017 to November 2020 and as a Senior Economist and Economist at the Federal Reserve Board, specializing in the Division of International Finance from August 2012 to August 2017. Additional experience includes working as a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, a Research Consultant at The World Bank, and as a Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Illenin's educational background includes a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota, an M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Diplome d'Ingenieur from CentraleSupélec, along with a DEUG in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université de Metz.
