James Terry IV has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. James started their career at A Stroke of Genius Graphics as a Graphic/Web Designer from June 2003 to July 2006. James then joined Sprint Nextel as an IT Coordinator and Graphic Designer from June 2005 to August 2008. James then worked at Allen & Goel Marking Co. as a Web Development Manager from December 2007 to May 2012. During this time, they managed and coordinated web projects and processes. James joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in May 2012 and held various roles, including Senior Web Developer IV and Digital Solutions Architect. James recently served as the Assistant Vice President of Creative and Digital Strategy, where they provided strategic guidance and maintained relationships with stakeholders. Alongside their professional career, James also acted as the Principal of Regen Method from May 2012 onwards.

James Terry IV has a diverse education history. James began by earning their Diploma in Business from Roman Catholic High School in 2002. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Arts and Multimedia Design and Communications from La Salle University, completing their studies in 2006.

James then went on to further their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. From 2013 to 2016, they simultaneously pursued two master's degrees: a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Information Systems Management. Their field of study during this time was focused on Information Technology Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, James Terry IV obtained a certification as a Sitecore Certified Developer from the institution Sitecore in May 2014.
