Christopher Vignoles is currently working as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since April 2007. Prior to this, Christopher held various finance-related positions within the same organization. Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Christopher worked as an International Trade Consultant and Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank. Additionally, Christopher has experience as a Trade Specialist (Visiting) at the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery and as a Researcher at the Mercosur Secretariat in Uruguay. Christopher holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs/International Economics from the UC San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of San Diego.
