Eric Cheng

Director, Inclusion + Diversity at Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco

Eric Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Eric began their career at Metropolitan Golf Links as an Outside Services employee. Following this, they served as a Golf Instructor for the Metropolitan Golf Junior Program, where they provided golf instruction to inner city children. Eric then worked as a Golf Instructor for Nike Golf Camps in Pebble Beach, where they gained experience in a nationally renowned camp network. After that, they joined Mass Mutual: Hansen & Associates as an Assistant Marketing Director, assisting with client prospecting. Eric later joined Farmers Insurance as an Agency Producer, where they managed client correspondence and collaborated with local businesses for marketing purposes. Currently, Eric is working at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where they have held various roles related to diversity and inclusion. Eric has led the Bank's inclusion and diversity initiatives, designed and launched the Inclusion Alliance employee cohort, and supported the development and implementation of diversity strategies.

Eric Cheng obtained a B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis, from 2005 to 2010. Eric'sdual majors were Political Science and International Relations, and they pursued a minor in Sports Psychology.
