Eric Watson

Eric Watson currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Trane Technologies, beginning in March 2024. Previously, Watson held the position of Director at Southern California Edison from May 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included designing and leading the company strategy to enhance equity and inclusion across various stakeholders. Watson also worked as an Executive Consultant at The Kaleidoscope Group from July 2018 to May 2021, focusing on client strategy and talent development. From January 2013 to June 2018, Watson was the President & CEO of the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, driving strategic initiatives to connect corporations with minority business enterprises. Prior experience includes serving as the VP of Diversity & Inclusion at Delhaize America, where Watson developed global diversity strategies. Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Livingstone College.
