Melissa Jones

Melissa Jones is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IAM Operations and Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since April 2021, Melissa focuses on Identity Access Management and Systems Engineering. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Senior Engineering Manager at Macy's from January 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included building and managing a 24x7 production team to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across various platforms including GCP, Azure, and AWS.
