Steffan Ziegler

Steffan Ziegler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steffan began their career in 1998 as a Customer Service Specialist for Amazon.com, providing advanced technical support for customers. In 2001, they worked as a Multimedia Technician at the University of Washington. In 2003, they joined Commerce Bank as an Excel Reports Specialist, creating reports integrating data from multiple sources. Steffan also served as a Customer Service Specialist, providing support for online banking and developing VBA applications for workflow metrics. From 2005 to 2010, Steffan worked at United BioSource Corporation as a Data Quality Analyst and later as a Senior Data Quality Analyst, verifying SQL databases and ensuring data integrity. In 2010, they joined Actelion as a QA Specialist, where they established and maintained quality procedures and analyzed quality statistics. Currently, Steffan is working at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as a Lead Business Analyst, utilizing their expertise in project analysis and cash operations.
