About

The board of directors at Federal Signal has a long history of experience in the industry. Many of the members have experience as directors at other companies, including Coleman Cable, Inc. and HNI Corporation. The board also has a wealth of experience in management, with members having served as chairman and CEO at GBC and executive V.P. at ITW. In addition, the board members have strong educational backgrounds, with many having degrees in engineering and management from prestigious universities like the University of New Haven.
