Christina Harris Jones

Christina Harris Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education, since May 2023. Previously, Christina held various managerial and project management roles at Select Medical from August 2019 to April 2023, and worked as a Business Analyst at Computer Aid, Inc. between August 2018 and August 2019. Christina's extensive background includes senior managerial positions at PHEAA from September 2010 to August 2018, where responsibilities included Customer Experience Design and User Experience Design. In addition, Christina served as the Director of Experience Strategy at Red Privet, LLC in early 2010 and managed Customer Experience & Usability at AES/PHEAA from 1998 to 2009.
