Federated Co-ops
Allan joined the Federated team in January 2016. Allan has over 30 years of experience designing and leading HR and Organization Development Programs within large and small organizations such as CHS Inc., 3M, Medtronic, and Netco Government Services/Harris Corporation. Prior to joining Federated, Allan worked at CHS Inc. as the National Director of Organization and Employee Development where he spent 7 years building and leading consulting services for member cooperatives across the country.
