Sandy McDonald

Sandy is a seasoned early childhood professional with over 28 years of experience in the field. Sandy joined the FELS family in August 2020 as the Center Director at Lassin ELC and has continued as the Center Director at FELS’ flagship center, Paley ELC since April 2021. Prior to joining FELS, Sandy served as the Executive Director of her own childcare business where she oversaw the operations, programming, compliance, financials, and HR functions for four centers and over 150 employees. Her breadth and depth of experience continue to be an asset for FELS.
