Taka Agawa

Taka Agawa, a Fellow member of the FELS Board of Directors joins the team as Interim President and CEO. During his three years of service to the board, Taka has provided knowledge and guidance in shaping the strategic plan of Federation Early Learning Services’ and will continue to lead the organization with the same mission to nurture children and provide excellence in early childhood education and childcare for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Prior to starting at FELS, Taka held various leadership positions to assist businesses with creating successful and lasting strategic plans, ranging from finance to business development.
